I’ve owned residential properties since 2001. I managed them for the first 12 years thinking I was saving money by not using a property manager. Eventually I decided to get one and have used Brent since 2014. I can’t recommend him highly enough, not only have I had higher quality long term tenants who pay their rent on time, the rent is kept up to date with the market and the properties are extremely well looked after. Any maintenance issues are quickly identified due to the regular inspections and he has access to good quality trades people at good prices. With increasing compliance on landlords, I would rather have an expert looking after my investments plus the fees are tax deductible. I genuinely wish I had done it sooner.
